Advancing Uranium And Gold Projects In Namibia, AfricaForsys Metals Corp. is an innovative uranium exploration and development company focused on bringing into production our flagship and fully licensed Valencia Uranium Project, which is located in Namibia, Africa. Forsys, through its subsidiary Valencia Uranium (Pty) Limited, owns 100% of the 25-year Valencia Mining Licence (ML149), which is one of the only uranium mining licences granted in the last ten years in Namibia.In 2011, our uranium exploration program is focused on: 1) Studies of consolidation of milling from both the Valencia Uranium Deposit and the Namibplaas projects, and potential use of heap leaching to both increase uranium recovery rates and reduce processing costs; and 2) Increasing our initial NI43-101 compliant uranium reserves and resources through our current drilling program at the 70%-owned Namibplaas permit, which is located 7 km from Valencia. The geology at Namibplaas is similar to that found at Valencia and ore from Namibplaas could be processed at the Valencia uranium mill, thereby extending the planned 17-year mine life of Valencia. On September 15, 2011 the Company issued a press releasing summarizing the initial NI 43-101 compliant inferred mineral resources at various cut-off levels.
